National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education And Research (NIPER) Hyderabad invites applications for direct PhD admission from highly motivated students for the upcoming 2021 session.
Eligibility Criteria:
Individuals desirous of seeking direct admission to PhD at NIPER has to
have a Master’s degree (M. Sc., M. Tech., M. Pharm.) in any type of
branch of Biological Science or Pharmaceutical Science or Chemical Sciences. Applicants have
to mandatorily have actually secured CSIR/UGC/DBT/ ICMR/INSPIRE NET
JRF/UGC-RGNF or any other national research fellowship for 5 years.
Admission of candidates having DST INSPIRE fellowship will stand invalid
in case the candidate fails to get the fellowship. Those with only
GATE, GPAT or other certification examinations are not eligible.
The applicant ought to have a good academic background and have
passed the qualifying degree with 60% minimum marks or a CGPA of 6.75
out of 10. The terms and conditions, fellowship amount, etc. will be
governed by the awarding agency and also additionally subject to the
guidelines as well as conventions of the Institute.
