Applications are invited for the Temporary post of “Research Assistant” in the ICMR sponsored research project in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, University College of Engineering, Anna University BIT campus, Tiruchirappalli – 620024, Tamil Nadu.
Title of the Project: “Identification of S100 proteins binding distinct DAMP receptors and its activated signaling pathways that cause formation of NLRP3 inflammasome- development of specific S100 inhibitors”
Tenure: Two years / Coterminous with the project whichever is earlier

Essential Qualification: B.Tech – Pharmaceutical Technology with three years research experience / M.Tech Pharmaceutical Technology/ M.Sc Life sciences with hands on experience in performing in silico studies, in vitro animal cell culture studies and in vivo animal experimentations.
Desirables: Research publications in peer reviewed journals in the specified area of research.
Emoluments: Rs.31000/- per month
