IITK SURGE Program notification 2020

Under the Students-Undergraduate Research Graduate Excellence (SURGE) program, students from IIT Kanpur and other participating institutions undertake short duration, but focused research projects and push their intellectual abilities beyond those driven by the classroom. The SURGE participants are required to give a mid-term presentation after four weeks, to a review committee consisting of a group of academic staff members.

The duration of the program is approximately 08 weeks and the beginning date of SURGE program is 13^th May, 2020 and last date 10^th July, 2020.

Under this program, Non-IITK students will be eligible to apply for the summer project at IIT Kanpur. This year SURGE is open for all colleges. B.Tech/BE/B-Arch/BS (3^rd year completed);

BSc (2^nd year completed) are eligible to apply.
